You are welcome to order by mail, telephone or online. To order online, go to the "Hinoki Products" page and click on the [ADD TO CART] button.

SHIPPING for NON-BATH ITEMS:
Most shipments are sent US Priority Mail.
Include $4.95 for orders up to $14.99 total.
Include $6.50 for orders $15 - $19.99 total.
Include $7.50 for orders $20 - $24.99 total.
Include $8.50 for orders $25 - $29.99 total.
Include $9.89 for orders $30 - $35.99 total.
Include $10.52 for orders $36 - $44.99 total.
Include $11.57 for orders $45 - $49.99 total.
Include $12.45 for orders $50 - $54.99 total.

BATH ITEMS are shipped FOB. Rates are determined by size and weight of all items ordered plus the distance to their destination.
TO ORDER BATH PRODUCTS: Orders of $1,000 or less must be accompanied by check, money order, cashier's check, or cash and paid in full at time of order.
Orders over $1,000 may put a 50% deposit down at time of order. Deposits for orders over $1,000 are payable by check or money order to OHP, Inc. at time of order. The balance by check or money order is due before order is shipped.
All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion of the order and prior to shipment.
Please allow at least 8 to 12 weeks delivery, with additional time for custom orders.

Shipping rates are determined by weight, size and distance traveled. We have attempted to calculated rates to their maximum potential, based on shipment to the East Coast. If you live on the West Coast or in America's Heartland, your shipping rates will often be less.
